EP145
EP145 is a low temperature curing, high performance epoxy system. Capable of curing at 145ºF, EP145 can display Tg exceeding 350ºF when suitably post cured. EP145 is designed for high performance applications that require ultra low cure temperature or co-laminating with temperature sensitive materials, such as balsa wood.
EP200
EP200 is a low temperature curing, rubber modified epoxy that cures in the 190ºF to 210ºF range. EP200 prepreg has the ability to snap cure at 275ºF in 10 minute dwells. Snap cure laminates have low void content and retain nearly identical performance properties. EP200 is self-adhesive to aramid honeycomb as well as other sandwich cores and can be used for a wide variety of structural applications.
EP200HT
EP200 HT is an advanced epoxy prepreg system that is a low temperature curing, rubber modified epoxy that offers a wide variety of curing capabilities.
EP202
EP202 is a low temperature curing, rubber modified epoxy that offers a wide variety of curing options. EP202 prepreg has the ability to snap cure at 275° F in a 20 minute dwell as well as cure at 170°F in five hours. EP202 is flame resistant and displays a Tg of 300°F+ without requiring a post cure. EP202 can be used for a wide variety of structural applications.
EP250
EP250 is a low temperature curing epoxy prepreg that cures in the 250ºF to 275ºF range. EP250 provides outstanding strength and stiffness making it suitable for a wide variety of structural applications. EP250 has good dielectric properties, making it suitable for use in radomes.
EP251
EP251 is a low temperature curing toughened epoxy. EP251 cures in the 250ºF to 275ºF range. EP251 is applicable for a wide variety of structural components. EP251 is available on glass, aramid and carbon fabrics.
EP252
EP252 is a low temperature curing, elastomer toughened epoxy that cures in the 235ºF to 275ºF range. EP252 is self-adhesive to aramid honeycomb. EP252 can be used in a wide variety of structural applications.
EP254
EP254 is a low temperature curing, toughened epoxy that cures in the 235ºF to 275ºF range. Glass prepregs can co-laminate to carbon/epoxy prepregs without shear failure. EP254 is the most post formable composite prepreg system available today.
EP350
EP350 is a 350ºF curing, modified epoxy that is self-extinguishing, passing the 60 second vertical ignition test listed in FAR 25.853. EP350 offers an excellent combination of toughness and high glass transition temperature. EP350 is capable of curing at temperatures as low as 275ºF and following a free standing post cure, display 300ºF Tg.
EL314
EL314 is a 350ºF curing epoxy that is used in high temperature electrical and structural applications.
FM-3
FM-3 is a modified phenolic prepreg resin system that is used in applications requiring a combination of fatigue and heat resistance.
FM-5
FM-5 is a toughened polyester system designed for table rolling applications such as fishing rods, antennae radomes and kayak paddle shafts. It offers precisely controlled flow, excellent resistance to bending set and extremely high flexural strength making it ideal for dynamic, low frequency applications.
LC163
LC163 is a heat stable silicone prepreg system that produces prepregs with low dielectric issues.
LC311
LC311 is a low temperature curing variant of LC310. It is a high performance polyester prepreg that is used in a wide variety of applications including but not limited to: ballistics, structural components, recreation equipment and radomes. LC311 has an outstanding combination of strength and toughness. LC311 cures below 200ºF.
LC907
LC907 is a high temperature curing, high performance bismaleimide (BMI) system. LC907 offers and excellent combination of strength, stiffness, and high glass transition temperature.
